Visitor Center: While entering the Swaminarayan Akshardham Complex Visitors Center offers an overview of the entire complex. guidelines in time to see the various attractions can be obtained from here. The consultation and waiting rooms are located here.
Wheelchairs: When visitors enter the Swaminarayan Akshardham complex, elderly and disabled may request a wheelchair to be provided on a priority basis. We ask relatives and friends of the wheelchair users to accompany and help the entire complex. Wheelchairs must be returned before leaving the complex. Refundable deposit - R. 100.
Phone booths, public telephones are available at the Visitor Center and elsewhere around the complex.
Lost and Found Department: Detail of possessions lost in the Department of Homeland Security. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
Strictly prohibited:
Smoking and alcohol
Smoking, snuff, alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the complex.
Cell phones,
Cameras, video cameras, mobile phones or other electronic items are not allowed inside the complex.
Food
Visitors are not allowed to bring food into the facility. Pure, fresh vegetarian food and snacks are available in Premvati Food Court. The restaurant serves a wide variety of traditional dishes and specialties, both cold and hot.
Behavior
Avoid rude and vulgar language.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the complex.
Clothing:
Visitors should wear respectable clothing to respect the dignity of the place.
Winter: November to March.
The climate is mild and pleasant, can be cold. Warm clothing recommended.
Summer: April to June.
The weather is warm and sunny. Light cotton clothing.
Monsoon: July to October. Rainy season.
Donations:
Visitors wishing to donate to charity undertaken by BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha in fields as diverse as education, environment, welfare, medicine, culture and spiritual upliftment are requested to use the donation boxes or contact the Reception Center.
